Platinum Residence Properties
A live production website for Platinum Heights — a residential and commercial tower on Londoni Road, Sylhet — built so buyers can understand the project and get in touch in one sitting.

Context
/contextPlatinum Residence Properties is a Sylhet property developer. Their flagship project, Platinum Heights, is a B+G+14 mixed-use landmark tower on Londoni Road with residential apartments and commercial spaces. I was engaged to design and build the project's public website end to end.
The problem
/problemBuying an apartment or a commercial floor is a high-trust decision, and most of it happens before anyone visits the site. The website had to carry that trust on its own: what the building is, where it is, what is inside it, and who is behind it.
It also had to work for two different audiences at once — families looking for a home and businesses looking for a location — without splitting into two disconnected websites, and without burying the one action that matters: making an enquiry.
Architecture & decisions
/architectureThe decisions below are about clarity and trust rather than technology. Each one exists to answer a question a serious buyer asks before they pick up the phone.
Lead the enquiry, everywhere
The phone number and an Enquire Us action sit in the header on every screen, and each major section ends with a clear next step — explore units, schedule a visit, or message on WhatsApp. A visitor never has to scroll back to find how to get in touch.
Answer the two audiences separately
Residential apartments and commercial spaces each get their own space, with the details that matter to that buyer — layout and size for families, flexibility and visibility for businesses — so neither has to read past the other's pitch.
Put location on the map, not in a sentence
The Londoni Road address is shown as a real map alongside drive times to medical centres, schools, shopping, and the airport. Proximity is the strongest argument this project has, so it is shown rather than claimed.
Make the developer visible
A dedicated developer section names Platinum Residence Properties, their completed projects, and how they work. Buyers are trusting a builder as much as a building, so the company is part of the page, not a footnote.
One consistent, premium visual system
A single navy-and-gold palette, one type pairing, and repeated card and section patterns run through the whole site, so it reads as one considered project instead of a set of assembled templates.
